Does anyone know if the stream audio system in the elegance (standard one) play MP3's?

unfortunately it does not play mp3's

You need to pay and upgrade to the 'Audience' for that functionality

Thanks guys. I read in the manual last night about MP3's but wasn't sure weather it would or not. That'll explain the CD-ROM message and ejecting the disk then

Damn, Have tried MP3 disk in the head unit and multi-changer, just says 'cd-rom' and doesn't play. Oh well.... :(

What format are the discs you use in yours then?

By format I mean directory structure/bit rate etc etc etc.

I think it's hit and miss whether your changer will support MP3 or not.
