Where is CCM located?

Help needed...

Can someone help me to find the ccm??

I think it is responsible for the remote locking which isn't working any more...only the remote. The leds on the keys are blinking(batteries ok) but nothing...

Any other ideas what can cause it...are acceptable.

What year is it?

What is the 3-character engine code? There should be a label under the carpet in the boot.

Do you have 4 power windows?

2005 AUM 4 power windows. Except the remote also doesnt blink the led on the door ,when it is locked, and the indicator(panel) when the door opens.Only for drivers door...

Last minute detection...

I've just find that the microswitch in the door lock is propably off... When you close the door with the handle pulled off in all doors you can hear a tiny clicking sound except the problematic drivers door. Can the issue of this microswitch cause remote locking fail??

This variant does have a CCU, but I doubt that it's the problem (some versions don't - they just have a central locking unit).

It could be a microswitch, but a very common cause is the door control unit which is the box attached to the window motor.

Do all the doors lock/unlock if you use the key in a different door?

If you press lock/unlock on the driver's armrest panel lock/unlock all doors?

The locking from the armset works fine. I didnt catch that:"Do all the doors lock/unlock if you use the key in a different door?"
