I can't remember offhand exactly, but firstly, you need to remove the wheel arch lining, I think they are just push-fit connectors for the wiring, and some push-fit retaining clips but don't quote me on that! (Just noticed you have a Superb, I was referring to Fabia, sorry) but I don't see there will be much difference?

while theoretically you can get at the repeaters from outside, the only way to get them out without paintwork damage is by undoing wheel well liner and pushing the repeater out, You do not need to remove the liner completely, I think 4-6 bolts on the repeater side will suffice.
