anyone thinking of selling up...?

Featured Replies

Morning all, I'm on the lookout for a nice clean Vrs Mk1, standard or modified, but must be hpi clear.

I've owned a couple of these before, so I know what I'm looking for.

would prefere below 75k miles with FSH, Cambelt and waterpump changed and low number of owners.

Black, Silver or SE preferred and within a couple of hours of Bristol if possible, although will travel further for the right car.

Please PM me with what you have etc.

many thanks. : )

(ps. I have seen the SE in the classifieds, but it's out of my reach)

Have you seen the for sale thread?

This is an amazing example! I have been out in it!

Hi, yes but per my opening post I don't want to spend that sort of money on a Mk 1 Fabia - however nice it is.

cheers.

Replied cheers.

out of interest, why hpi clear?

would you not be interested in a damaged repaired se with low miles and everything you want? before accident pictures and repaires pictures.

Mine may be for sale as I am considering the SE at the moment. I bought Clarkey666's Hybrid Fabia 3 months ago and its absolutely amazing 206bhp/330lbs torque.

However I am located in east Yorkshire so not exactly close to Bristol. Car did originate from there though !!

You may be able to see details in earlier for sale posts.

I am thinking of selling up, due a change had mine for 3 years now.

Simply because I get itchy feet and often only keep a car for a year or so before selling on and buying something else. Selling Cat D's is tricky because of the stigma, regardless of how minimal the damage was pre repair.

Many thanks to everyone who has replied, picking up a lovely low mileage 'Sharked' Fabia Vrs SE tomorrow morning.

Not the £11k beast, which I imagine is epic !

sharked and se must be a good combo, nice buy and welcome back.

£8k my SE, Sure its been through some bad times but its in the garage now having new pd150 hybrid turbo and new sachs clutch.

I'm 2 hours away from you and its on something like 52,000 miles. full service history and 201bhp. I'm sure if you google ROS53Y you will see lots of spec and some very off putting pictures.

I know it's a lot of money before anybody questions it but its NOT for sale unless somebody offers that.

See what you think.

Just seen you've bought one. Enjoy.

well I've had 3 MkII Octy Vrs's and this will be my third Fabia Vrs, But yes I should have kept the last one really as I regretted selling it virtually straight away!!

Having said that, this one is lower mileage and comes with a Shark STS and spare set of standard alloys as the chap put freshly referbed ones on it - Happy days
