I'm from Latin America and over here it's very difficult to get some parts.

I need the cabin filter and over here VW parts are easy to get.

I want to know is what VW model and year use the same Cabin Air filter than the one on the Fabia?

You really need to ask a supplier selling parts for all VAG cars since they would know which parts are common between makes and models. How about removing the filter and taking it to a VW dealer to compare with the parts they sell, or asking them if they recognise the Fabia part number - 6Q0 820 367 for the Filter element for dust and pollen.
