Hi there maybe I am being daft but I can't even get my fuse box cover off can any one help

If you want an earlier manual follow one of the other links.

If you are trying to open the fuse box in the dash panel then page 215 shows that you need to prise the cover off with a screwdriver.

If you are trying to open the fuse box in the engine compatment then page 216 states that on some vehicles you may need to remove the battery cover first and then pushing two circlips (rear corners of fuse box) upwards before removing the cover.

The manual shows diagrams plus more complete instructions.
