Part number or actual part needed.

I have spent too much time trying to find the source of a knocking noise from my wife's '03 Fabia 1.4 Mpi 8v...

I thought I had found it when I discovered that this bit was broken - it would have made a similar noise to that which I had been hearing.

It hangs upside down from the front edge of the sump and holds the rubber coolant pipe that runs across the front of the sump.

There is no part number on it so how do I go about getting one from the dealer (I suspect there is no part number because it is one item that comes as part of a larger and more expensive 'kit'...)

Can anyone give a part number for this?

Or, if anyone is breaking a Mk 1 Fabia, can I have it off your car (for beer tokens and postage, of course)?
