CD player stopped working?

Had my car about 4 weeks now and it's been fine but last night it started jumping all the time and today won't work.

It displays 'error' then just goes back to the radio. I blew violently into the CD area and it worked for a few seconds then back to its same old tricks.

Any ideas? I haven't got hold of a lens cleaner to put through it yet.
