I think i will get a re-circ valve but i still have the same issue with the possition of the D/V its self, how do i get it back the the std spot or should i get the relocation kit to get it down in frount of the engine???

Marko

What exactly are you wanting to know?

Other than it's the wrong setup!! Blocked off pipe is from the plastic air reservoir that is normally over coil pack no.4

I'd suggest putting your airbox back on, as you'll be suffering from heat soak with an exposed filter in the engine bay like that too!!

I have another thred about the indcution kit and my heat soke worrys,

I want to know why my D/V is were it is and wat is the best thing to do with regards to putting it back to the std place or getting a relocation kit.

I am getting a 007p for it asap.

Thanks Marko

you need the following..

Vac Resevoir

Top small boost pipe like so..

http://www.ebay.co.u...#ht_2045wt_1067

Re-circ DV..

All of which i have sat in my garage..

Put the DV where your blank is, put the pipe where your Tiiish valve is, join the 2 together. Vac res plumbs into where the bolt is in your pipe.

Hope this helps

You can leave the vac pipe with the bolt in it as is. It used the go to the vacuum rersvoir for the n249 system, but I am assuming the rest of the system has been removed already. A lot of people remove this anyway, so they have done the work for you already.

As Gee-man said though, you need the pipe that goes from where you dv is now to where the dv should be (Bigger pipe in pic), and a re-circ valve. However, if you DO want to keep the ch**vy dump valve, it is fine where it is, but it's not ideal, as it can upset the fuel trims and put the EML light on.

Rob has a good guide on how to do the bypass here. http://www.pimpmysko...N249Removal.htm

Basically, have a look and see if the pipework to the valve under the inlet manifold has been disconnected. If it has, it's probably been bypassed already.

Thanks Mate i will have a look next chance i get.
