I am hoping that one of you will be able to help me out and extinguish the airbag warning light on my 2002 Octavia, the connector was disturbed once but I believe that all is well now, I am in France and have been running without a contrôle technique (MOT) because of this since February, I will be returning to the Gatwick area on Friday for a 2 week stay and am hoping to be able to resolve this problem during the visit.

I had it hooked up to a bosch diagnostic tester here in France that showed the fault code as airbag control module malfunction but the reader was not able to reset the code, I believe that this can only be done by a VCDS unit.

I will of course be happy to pay for this or if you want any wine/beer/food bringing over please ask.
