hi all i have an air/fuel ratio gauge and latley its been playing up and now tells me everytime i drive anywhere that its running lean, when it used to tell me optimal or rich, and i can't decide if its the gauge thats faulty or the oxygen sensor in the exhaust thats giving it wrong signals,

anyone else had this any help appriciated

Try disconnecting maf so it has to run on lamba probe see if it makes any differance, only other way is put a scope on it and get some live readings or start swopping bits,

Am guessing its not a wideband gauge so will only switch between 0 and 1 volt

You need a wideband gauge else its pointless. A mistake i made.
