    Lol its a basically a pouch that goes into a cycling bag that holds liquid and there is a tube that runs up your back and rests near your chest so you can drink whilst doing downhill etc.

    Technically, CamelBak is a brand, its actually a hydration pack ;) i work in the cycle industry :p
