Hello All

My interest all started because a friend of mine nearly always buys a Ford every 3 years at the most. He goes to dealer pays list and part exchanges whatever he has. This year he showed a little interest in a Toyota so I was trying to find any other interesting cars that may suit him............................It was a waste of time, he bought a Ford C-Max and left me wanting a Octavia vRS estate.

I need a car that can carry 6 on occations (4 young one's) and really don't like any of the people carriers and noticed you can buy a convertion to fit 2 extra seats in the boot.

Seems to me nothing else is anyway near for the money to a vRS.

Hi and welcome!

Didn't know you could get a conversion kit for boot seats? Learn something new everyday. :D

I would say having had an Octy estate and now an RS h/b that a non RS has more rear space due to not having sports seats.

Think the RS seat are a little bigger.

Do your young ones require booster seats? If so you probably can get away with 3 max.

Check out new Octavia estate much more room in the rear but no RS until......errr...no one knows. :(

It would be rare that everyone goes out at the same time as it's a real pain getting 4 boys all under eight ready to leave the house :D

Welcome to Briskoda. That is quite a neat rear seat conversion but presumably wouldn't fit the 4X4 Estate since that has a higher floor than the 'standard' Estate.

Welcome

Buy a Superb and chuck them all in the boot, then waft along in comfort with no squabling.
