Auto open/close windows on remote

Featured Replies

At work we have a vw people carrier and an a6

i dont know if they both do it but i know i know one of them if you hold the lock button down after it locks the doors it can close all the windows

and the same with unlock hold down the button and it opens them

does the octavia do this ?

not as standard. get an alientech controller installed and the feature is yours

That's the one - more info: clicky

its only a little fellah isnt it

You can get the windows to close if you lock the doors with the key and hold it in the lock position for a few seconds. But I don't think the same happens if you just press the remote button for the same time. Nor does it open the windows if you do the same in reverse.

Holding the key in the lock position for a few seconds also closes the sunroof if open. Holding the key in the unlock position for a few seconds opens all the windows but not the sunroof.
