noise from the rear HELP!

Hi people just wanna no i think i no what it is but wanna check..

i have what sounds like a grinding noise or broken exhaust but only when i turn left and put some power on ..

now it dosent do it when i turn right so im thinking wheel bearing but not sure

anyone had this any help would be apriciated

ow and are they a whole unit or a press in and out bearing

Might be the centre bracket on the exhaust has snapped. Mine did this, and it caused a weird grinding \ scratching noise when the car pitched or went round corners. It's a common A4 platform problem. My dad MOT's taxis and most of them have a jubilee clip around it.

Bearings are a normal roller bearing on the front, but the bearing is built into the hub on the rear.
