3rd Annual Service cost?

Featured Replies

Evening All

My FL VRS has just topped 30,000 miles and is due it's third service (I decided against variable servicing).

Can anyone tell me what work should be done and roughly how much this will cost?

Cheers

Was the second service a minor or a major?

The four year service is normally a big one as you'll need a cambelt too (does the petrol vRS have a belt or chain?) at £369.

A minor service is pretty much oil and filter and is £129 on Skoda's National Pricing policy.

A major service is £249 and includes spark plugs, air filter, fuel filter and pollen filter.

At three years old you'll need a brake fluid change too which is an extra £45.

Its all detailed in your service book.

3rd service on mine was just a glorified oil change & the brake fluid was changed. Not sure of cost as this was done as part of the service plan i took out when i bought the car,if yours is a FL then its a tsi not a tfsi so it has a chain instead of a cambelt.
