Felicia Fun

Featured Replies

Hi All,

I've had a felicia fun for about six years now. Unfortunately it's getting a little tired. I think the piston rings are on the way as it is using a quite a lot of oil now  Worse than that I'm getting a little tired ..... of being blown off on the uphills!!!

Many people are telling me to scrap it .... honestly I just don't want to part with it.

She needs a bit more power ! It's currently got a 1.6MPI (8V) in and I've never been particularly impressed with it. Could anyone give me a simple solution to get some more horses under the bonnet. Could I put a 16V engine in? Could I put a 2.0L in ? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. I didn't really want to get into heavy modification but something has to be done to recover it's street cred!

Any comments would be greatly appreciated.

Kind regards

Brett

Hello Brett and welcome along

I can't help with advice I'm afraid but I'm sure someone will be along soon that can. If not, have a look around and perhaps post up in the 'classics > fun' forum

Hi and welcome aboard.
