Very true, but if you can make the left one fold in more, why not make the right one the same?

its the same with my Audi, as it was with the Superb and both Octavias that went before. The drivers side does not fold in fully.

in the uk the passanger mirror actually sits at a greater angle slanted back than the drivers mirror.

hence folding in closer.

Did check for the difference and yes it is there but only a minor one and I am still not sure why.

Now that would explain it, both got the same amount of travel but they start from a different angle.
