Firstly apologies if there are any threads knocking about already but i couldnt find anything decent on this.

Basically, im wondering if there is an uprated intercooler for the PD170, i know people use s3 intercoolers on the Seat Leon's but can they be used on the PD170 Octavia's too?

Im sure one could be adapted to fit but I would contact a tuner directly and ask them what you need. They will point you in the right direction. I see you car is mapped by Shark so it might be better to ask Ben to see if he knows. Being fair though the OE intercooler should be up to the job unless you have changed the turbo etc.

Cheers mate. Yeah I suppose I am best speaking to Ben about it. I was going for a hybrid when I had a suspect turbo gone (which turned out it wasn't!) but I'd just got a flat & couldn't afford the hybrid as well so went for standard turbo.
