hi guys going to look at my first mk 2 octavia 2.0 tdi cr 170... is there anything i should look out for?? i think it has sat nav and maxidot already but not sure due to picys

Make sure it is actually a cr and not a pd

Pd sounds like a tractor. Cr sounds more petrol like.

Largely due to how diesel like the petrol sounds.

Still miss the sound of my TFSi on startup though........

Intereresting as I've got a PD170 (bought last month) and it does sound a bit tractor like sometimes, more so than the Fabia if anything.

However, it shifts, does 50 mpg plus is easier to tune so I'm not exactly unhappy!
