Cheers yes it's as it came out of the factory!

That looks terrific  I had Mk 1 & 2 Escort estates - very handy while I was at Uni. If only I had the space and still had the money (with the 0% VAT offer I could have bought an Octy vRS and had change left over for your Escort instead of getting my Yeti). Good luck with the sale!

Cheers, I would keep it as its only going to go up in value but I have set my heart on a motorbike so need my garage.

Is that colour "terracotta" used to have a 1300 years ago, did 75,000 miles in 18 months in it...fantastic car

No its bright red, I had a terracotta one when I was 19, best car I ever had, was £295 at the time!

That's a lovely example and great to see the old classics still out & about on the roads/at shows etc. My lad bought a nice tidy little 24 year old escort with the intention of being his first car. Sadly he didn't do his insurance homework and it was soon back on the market when the cheapest quotes were coming back at around 3k!! Pity it was a nice car & I wish you the very best with yours ;)

Thanks for the comments, I've been trying to move it around in the garage to create space so I could fit a bike in there aswell but it's tight. One good thing about getting old insurance was £89 fully comp!
