18" BBS CH reps staggered 9J rears & tyres

Featured Replies

Up for sale are my set of 4 BBS CH reps 5x100 ET35, Staggered 8J fronts and 9J rears. All 4 are in excellent condition, only minor marks. They are fitted with Admiral 225/40/18 all round, Nice stretch on the rear but not too much. Tyres have only done a few thousand miles so loads of tread. Selling due to fitting Porsche Cayenne wheels. These really suit the Mk1 Octavia, See this thread http://www.briskoda....y-mk1-occy-vrs/ . I have some wheel bolts but ive used my locking bolts on my new wheels.

Ideally collection from Barrow-in-Furness, Cumbria. May be able to meet within reason

Love the look of these, but I'm sitting lower than you and since you're already rubbing, there's no way I'll get away without rubbing at the back.

Anyone else running 9J at the back without rubbing? Does it require 215's?

Camber shims :)

9j rears look awesome

Registered on here to buy these!

Can I have a contact number and are you prepared to meet halfway if I cover fuel costs?

I'm in the midlands

Pics of them fitted?

Camber shims? What are they? Is that what guys have when the wheels look like they're sitting at an angle?

Oh yes :)

They kick the tops of the wheels in :)

Yup 1 degree eibach shims would look awesome with those wheels

Any MOT issues running the shims, and do they wear the tyre unevenly?

Dunno if I like the idea of buying wheels that may rub badly, need shims, and might still give me bother. I think I'd prefer the safety of running 8's on fronts and rears.

They didnt rub badly, if i had a full car it would occasionally catch slightly over a speed bump. Lowered suspension is stiffer so would probs only catch now and again :-)

No mot issues and they will wear on the inner edges quicker but at 1 degree it wont be terrible
