New to BriSkoda and after an N280 AC valve

Featured Replies

Hi There, I have a 2006 (56 plate) Octavia Elegance with Dual zone Climatronic AC - It is no longer blowing cold air (just ambient temperature) - Ran the quick check on Compressor speed and it shows constant 00 - Do you think the compressor is dead (the guy who tried to regas it suggested it might be electrical as the voltage at the compressor was only reading 3.4Volts?? - I also read that the N280 valve can be the problem - I really want to avoid having to replace the compressor if I can (I hear its around a grand to do it!!)

Thanks

Russ
