I bought these as winter wheels for my Octavia L&K but never got around to buying winter tyres for them. The Octavia is going next week to be replaced by a Superb so the wheels are up for sale.

There are five wheels.

They are PCD 5x100 and (I think) 7J ET42

1 wheel is new, I don't think it's ever been on a car.

1 wheel is new, but with a small mark on it.

1 has a mark across the face of the wheel.

This wheel has a reasonable amount of tread on a Uniroyal RainExpert tyre:

All bar the new ones have some pitting and bubbling.

Probably not the prettiest set of wheels, all in all, but might do someone for a refurb project or a set of winter wheels.

Prefer collected from YO25 (Driffield, East Yorks) but could meet up somewhere depending on location.

Looking for around £80 for the lot (if collected)

Having refurb'ed a set of these myself I can say to any potential buyers that the corrosion around the centre caps etc. only looks as bad as it does because it lifts the black 'chrome' paint, and it will in fact be very superficial and easily cleaned up in prep. for respraying.

Does the Elegance come with Park Assist as standard or is that an optional extra?

AFAIK know it's an optional extra which I don't have. The car was already built and registered when I bought it (even though it only has about 20 miles on it) so I haven't had a long wait. Picking it up at the weekend.

I'm still trying to work out if it's got MDI or not!! Just ordered a 32GB sdhc card in case!

At the price your selling them at I did think about it but I have a set of seat alloys with full winter tyres on. Plus i'm thinking of selling the mk1 for a mk2 estate (would love a superb but havent got that budget right now). I might keep the mk1 Octy for a nother year or two then go for the superb. I'll have a think about your wheels.....

Thanks for that. Did you manage to match them for colour ok? What did you use? If they don't sell, I might refurb them myself and have them as summer wheels for the Fabia.

No, I looked at some of the specialist paints and read up on the net, seemed to be a lot of conflicting advice/too much trouble, up to 3 coats/different paints and probably best left to the pros, but if anyone else has done it DIY I'd be glad to hear what they did!
