my car has misfire when I drive at 3-5 rpm and hold it at that the car seems to miss fire r splutter as such , I'm not getting an engine fault code showing on the dash

any ideas what it could be was thinking dirty fuel r possible injectors ?

some info on what car you have might be useful? petrol/diesel?

2.0tdi 140bhp bkd engine

A dodgy injector wiring loom can cause those symptoms on the BKD engine, usually at high revs.

What year is it? A modified loom was available for early versions of that engine.

Need to have a look in diag to see injector values and timing settings.

just being for a spin it progressively gotten worse wont pass 70mph feel like I've no power at all will bring to mechanic

problem sorted I fitted a tuning box 4 years ago that seems to have packed it in so removed it problem solved

:o evil box !!!! I would have a scan run on it anyway out of interest to see whats been left in it wake. Good that its solved though happy ending.
