Just a quick question

When you turn TC off does this also turn off XDS too? I cant seem to find anything in the handbook or online

IIRC the XDS is permanent, is engaged regardless of the TC status.

    Even pressing the TC button doesn't turn it right off. Even with the light saying its off I still get the TC flashing and xds is always on but can be adjusted via vagcom
