On a MK1 VRS, other than the in car adjustment, is it possible to get the level of the beam adjusted?

I know ive done it on other cars ive had, but without looking is it possible.

The beam sits abit too low for my liking at present.

Also, any recommendations for bulb upgrades?

Nothing fancy just a straight swap jobbie. Just want something abit brighter.

Yes one of the two plastic hex screws on top of the headlight that you can see though the holes on the slam panel does it

As above... if you have a friendly MOT garage get them to adjust it so they are legal, otherwise you could be dazzling people. I had mine adjusted up as far as they'd allow. He adjusted them for me FOC too.
