Could someone please recommend a exhaust trim for my 1999 skoda felicia which doesn't make the car look like its got a boy racer pipe on it please.

Just leave it, trim goes one way or other - boy racer - old man. The inbetween stage is a fabia vrs

I would but the original end is rusty so would just like to cover it and make it look smarter.

Get some autosol and 00 grade wire wool, will bring it back somewhat.

Agreed. My lad has in the past fitted two or three trims to his car & each over a relatively short period of time ended up rusty and pitted. Save your money/time and just tidy up the end
