My Octavia vRS needs new Discs and Pads all the way round. There are loads of different types that are supposed to fit. Do i need to get a particular type. They range in price hugely, so want to make sure i get the right ones. Do they need to be grooved? is

Unless you're madly into track days, I don't think it's really really really that much better to get grooved discs.

If I'm wrong, please shout guys, but I reckon you're more likely to need performance pads to warrant "better" discs.

I can only speak for fabias, but I bought a pair of 312mm front discs (standard octy rs size) from eurocarparts and they were about

Hi,

First off unless your doing track work, or want the look, grooved / drilled discs don't offer a major benefit, better pads and fluid offer more.
