but my question is from the exhaust to the decat will it fit without problems in the sence that my exhaust is 2.25inch and i belive the decat is 2.5inch or bigger also will i have to weld it on or can i clamp the exhaust and decat pipe together. will i have any problems with the lamba sensors aswell.

Hi you will have no lamda sensor,well screwing it in anyway,sensor will probably pick up there,s no cat there,well it doesn,t actually know there,s no cat,just thinks the cat isn,t working and will throw a fault code.i have exactly the same downpipe decat and i had to get my mate to make a sleeve up for to join up to my blueflame exhaust.

I wouldn't buy that one as the nuts are really tight to get back onto the turbo with the first bit been 3in,

You can also get lambda spacers to space the second probe out of the rate of flow so it will be less likely to put engine warning light on

will the decat pipe part fit onto the 2.25inch exhaust or lets say the standard exhaust as basically when i had my custom exhaust done they did it on a 2.25inch setup which is what the standard exhaust is except the car has no middle silencer or thats at least what i am guessing on reading into it

i eneded up buying a miltek one for mine as i found loads of bad bits of info about the lamdas and the ebay cheap ones

the miltec is ace apart from to fit my piper exhaust i had to extend it by about 2" in length :(

I've just fitted a apr sports cat and found the same thing, just abit short to mate up with my milltek system,

The ebay decats should mate up with the 2.25 standard system as the top one fits like the standard cat

excellent will check tommz if they have not welded my custom exhaust to the cat pipe and get the decat on order and use that till i can afford a custom turbo back exhaust and get the correct bore size the hole way threw via powerflow as i wish i had gone with them in the first place but couldnt locate them till my m8 somehow found it :(

A simple answer is probably not. I have fitted so many decats to mine and various others and they all seem to need altering even the Miltek ones.

The ebay pic you have is similar to my toyosports 2 piece one. I had to get a extension piece welded to mine and cut the thinner section to get a better fit into my Blueflame system.

Even the 1 piece i had before I still needed to get a sleeve to fit from decat to centre section, so don't gamle on a straight fit is my advse. I would make sure you are covered and don't need car to quickly or have a back up plan for a exhaust centre or welder

hmm maybe my best bet would be to just wait it out and just get a custom turboback exhaust then as my bro is the only one that knows about welding and fitting it up etc and he doesnt have enough time to do his own car let alone mine plus i have a feeling my current custom exhaust aint really doing enough need 2.5inch
