Hi peeps, I've not that long had my VRS and it came with above suspension. I need to bring it up about an inch all round, as the speed humps on the roads I have to use are ****e! I understand how to bring the fronts up using the c spanner, but what about the rears? I have the large purple nuts, but don't know what to do with them!

The rear perch is adjusted in the same way as the fronts.... if you can't see a purple adjuster like the front you can't adjust it (currently have this problem with a second hand set I have on but all about to change!!)

The rear is the a damper and spring? I think! Failing that, can I get springs to bring the height up slightly?

Yeah sorry should have said!

The adjuster perch is at the bottom of the rear springs

I'll check it tomorrow! Are they easy to adjust? Does the car have to be jacked up to do it?

you have the nuts?. . Asin not on the car?. . .at the bottom of the rear spring there's a threaded 'cup' (the spring will be sat over it) . . undo the shock, compress the spring (should be able to get it out by hand) . . and put the 'nuts' on the threaded bit. . you may have to clean the threads first!. .

i don't have adjusters in at the back coz i wanted it as low as possible, that's probs the same case as the old owner of ur car.

I'll check it tomorrow! Are they easy to adjust? Does the car have to be jacked up to do it?

it'd help coz obv the weights off the spring then, but it still can be a b*****d to do,and its slow going, 1/4 twists at a time coz where you can get the spanner in is restrictive, the fronts ya can normal spin the adjuster cup by hand :-)
