limp mode, exhaust light and echaust sound blowly

Was driving on m1 other day to work all of sudden car lost power and went into limp mode.

Had it scanned and it came up with egr fault intake fault and wastegate fault.

Checked all boost pipes and vacuum pipes cleaned wat little gunk there was in egr and checked turbo veins move.

Anyone got any ideas what else it could be.

Have a aweful feeling i have overlooked simple thing of checking the maf.
