Sorry for the thick question......

Do Din1 Stereo's (As in Normal size) fit into the Fabia, or do i need a fascia adaptor or summat?????

Anyone with pics of an aftermarket stereo in their car????

its a standard 1 din fitment but the facia does need an adapter. a quick search on the subject should bring up part numbers and prices

The adapter (really a trim piece) can be bought from the dealer for a few quid. Can't remember the part no.
