Car seems slower on n75E valve

Featured Replies

I just swapped my n75f for an n75e valve ... On my remapped octy vrs ... And the car seems alot less tame now .. Are these valves not all the same ?

Nope, they are very different. If you change for a different type you sometimes need a remap to make it work properly.

Ahhh balls ... I'm planning on getting a different remap done .. Will I b ok to run with the e ?an have her remapped while the e is fitted ?

Unless it was faulty why bother changing it ?

I changed it as I made the mistake of adjusting my old one to try an reduce boost surge after a remap. I know it was stupid of me . But I was told that adjusting these renders them broken , so I wanted a new one fitted

Would this make your car abit lazy and not boost as much, like mine wont go above 14psi

I'm not sure . I was given the part number off skoda an ordered it online from german auto spares . So I'm not sure .. I thought I was getting the correct one :(

It might be becuase there isn't so much of a boost spike now compared to the older one, so the turbo kick doesn't feel so hard.

E is the newest version and replaces the F version BTW.

Yes you will be ok to run with it

i replaced mine for the N75H(ECS race one) as i was getting irratic boost spiking and it cured mine and pulled better. But not all VRS's like them.
