Is there any trick to unscrew those three 12-star screws from door side to remove locking mechanism?

I have tried (yes i got this special 12-star bit) but those ******s are so stucked...just cant get them open.

How about using some GT85 and some gentle shock tactics? Impact driver might be a bit too enthusiastic given what you're hitting, but putting some pressure on and then some light tapping might get 'em to release.
