I am having trouble with my fabia vrs.

I have scanned it and found the cam position sensor is intermit and when i clear it the car doesnt start well it happened yest and again today.

Whats your thouhts

You need to give it gas so it starts.

Sorry for posting here but the fabia section is as good as a chocolate fire guard at helping with my q's. Never get anything helpful.

I have posted the full scan in the fabia section and i am on my phone so its a pita.

Oh n there is no eml on i only scanned as it didnt feel like it was running right.

Really wierd but been left a bit and starts fine now?

can be the same as the cam position sensor unless it see's its position it wont allow the car to start !!!

have a good look at the wiring to make sure there is no damage etc etc

all seems fine,

had a play and a fiddle with it the other day and scanned and cleared fault and car ran like a dream again on way to work, then scanned again today and it was back and car was running slow again, kinda flat.

cant find in the haynes where the fuses are for it?

also cant seem to find the relays and fuses for the glow plugs neither.

really hope I dont have to swap them all out and the cam sensore too. also the maf.

Ive seen one on ECP that they reccomend, its not the bosch one tho? is it amy good?
