Has anyone else seen this, it's an armrest that sits in the cup holder between the front seats, it works out to be around £40

Don't bother the fabia is too small for the armrest the Citigo is a no go , pointless waste of money in the Citigo it will be up rather than down

It's an official extra (item number 1ST 061 123) in Denmark at the price of GBP 243,-

The arm rest is listed on Seat MII accessory list but I don't think it is available till November

I bought this armrest and mounted. But I dont recommend. 

because it is not rigit, shaking right and left. its mounting console(cup holder) not strong.
