Hi peeps, just had my 20k service in my remapped Furby vRS, I questioned with the dealer the colour of the oil, it was jet black after just a few miles (approx 2) is this normal? or should it stay brown and clear and gradually go black? or is the dealer fobing me off and they haven't changed the oil? cheers

Oil in diesels gets dirty very quickly and it's normal for it to get black this quickly. Nothing to worry about

I believe the way to tell if the oils been changed, is to take a look at the sump plug which should be brand new, but I'm sure one of the real techies will advise on that
