looking at swapping my 325 for a mk1 03 plate vrs

i just got a pic through just want to check wht you think

there is a blue pipe tided so its blocked on teh left side of the pic..

could this be a problem?

apparently runs not dump valve and the n75? valve has been removed?

it chatter and blws back though the induction

doesnt sound right to me unless his dump is fecked and hes trying to hide that. A wee rule, if in doubt - leave it out. Chatter and blow back sounds ominous to me.

The N75 is the turbo control valve and it looks like it is still there as its the valve in pic on top left with 2 blue pipes going to it.

It could be the n249 and n112 thats been blanked off which is a common mod on these engines and if car has a cone filter it will chatter through air filter as recurulation valve (dump valve) is in intake pipe

dv in the intake pipe?

he said stadard recir and after market dv are not there and all byprassed properly.. not sure how though

You cant bypas a dv properly. The dv is tger to release the boost preasure to put less stress on the turbo.

The dv is blanked off.

Personally ide leave that one well alone.

Lots out the at good money and better looked after. Not read anything else but this thread but looking at the pic i would not touch.

Yeah sounds a bit iffy.

It has a expensive Carbonio intake though

and I imagine a large amp somewhere too, looking at the extra +12v feed from the battery, which probably routes through that special leaking grommet next to the pollen filter

just looked at 3 on that swapz site and all 3 are crap!

either not described right or have bit probs that are played down. what are people on?

there is a silver one ther with the WRC rep wing on that has black spiders and in description says 5x 18" alloys???? I wish the spiders were 18"
