Hi I just need some advice I know this has been covered before but can I remove the turbo from the top? (removing inlet manifold and pipework etc). Also how do I rtemove the union bolt on the oil supply pipe? what tool do I need for that?

One more thing- I removed cleaned and blanked the egr off, I also mr muscled the turbo (round 2 :sun: ). Gosh it's sooo clean. The car feels great but somehwta wierd, heavy like maybe im confused :think: I see the revs go up very high and the speedometer lags abit to catch up..? any ideas? I'm looking into possibly replacing MAF N75 and CTS once diagnosed.

Clutch slip?

Sounds like a slipping clutch. Turbo comes out from above, unless you want to remove a driveshaft.

I don't recall using any special tools when I removed my oil feed supply pipe, but I was back at my parents at the time. The hardest thing I found to undo was the oil return pipe.

Make sure you have all the necessary gaskets before you put it all back together.

Yup if revs rise but speed doesn't its the clutch

You need to unbolt the drivers shaft from the gearbox and its 2 5mm Allen keys to remove the oil return pipe, their a ****** todo I ended up knockin a socket over 1
