t has a cat replacement pipe on and i understand i need to sort out the fault codes for the o2 sensor.

this is what i'm getting!!!

p0140 o2 sensor circ. bank 1 sensor 2 no activity

p0141 o2 heater circ. bank1 sensor 2 malfunction

p0221 throttle pos. sensor b circuit range performance

and the epc and esr warning light come on and put the car into limp mode.

i'm taking it to a garage on saturday just don't want to get humped.

could be your MAF, try unplugging it and see if it runs no different. If it runs worse MAF is ok. If it make no difference MAF is fubured.

also could be your 02 sensors

Your Maf controls your esp, also will cause your abs light to come on. Make sure you get a Bosch Maf as cheap ones don't last

thank you very much for your replies, i'll try them all!

First port of call would be your MAF, however if that's ok I have a spare 6 month old Bosch 02 exhaust sensor going for £20 delivered, let me know if it's any use to you.
