Can you sell a tank of fuel?!

Which raises a question: if you could connect a really really long hose from a geo-stationary orbiting space station's fuel tank to your motor, would a liquid fuel flow down the hose?

Any boffins know the answer?

The problem is really that at the geo-stationary point in the Clarke Belt we won't have gravity assistance so we can't start the fuel flowing.

We could start a syphon action by perhaps sucking at the bottom end of the hose. This might be hard when we have 35,000 km of hose.

It's also a bit chilly up there so we would need some good lagging on the hose and whoever went up would need a coat.

After many years experimenting SWMBO discovered that after drinking 2 bottles of whiskey topped off with a 3am curry she could produce pavement pizzas that were highly inflammable.

2 BOTTLES OF WHISKY....!!! are you serious? lol

Several mates of mine, break, transport sell and export cars, when they are written off beyond repair they regularly drain fuel, prob as already stated is the anti-syphon measure, however a screwdriven the bottom of the tank, with appropriate cans to collect the fuel solve that.

They save a LOT in fuel by reusing it.

Can't you just reuse it? saves getting in trouble for selling, seems unlikely the police or customs and excise would do anything about it however, its not like they do a good job of catching real criminals most of the time is it! :bandit:
