VRS/Spare wheel

Featured Replies

Hi all looked at my spare wheel. Which one should i have a 17in/16in/in15 steel wheel. As i thought you got a space saver wheel. As mine looks like its been swopped. The rubber does not look new Any body know

195/55/15 isnt it?

Would have thought you'd have a space saver. To work it out you could use a tyre calc to work out the size alloys you have to the size spare steel wheel

Thought all spares for the Fabia II were the 195/55 R15 on a 6Jx15 rim :wonder:

Continentals on our Elegance with a Bridgestone spare and Continentals originally on my lads 59 plate Level 1 (still on the rear), recently bought a spare whee kit for it and that was another Continental. Even seen one in a showroom with a Hankook; depends I suppose what the factory has in at anyone time.

It is narrower without being an actual 'space saver',

You might well have on directional tyres, and the 195/55/16 spare is speed rated OK,

but you still need to take it easy untill you get your usual tyre fixed or replaced.
