OK folks, suggestions please (so I know I'm not being shafted)...

baby needs a service (52000), outside of warranty now so I have a friend who is very good with cars and is doing the deed for me (mechanically disadvantaged me!), I just need to get the bits for the job.

The correct plugs are NGK PFR6Q - gapped to 0.7mm.

The aircon sounds like it is suffering from the problem mentioned in the thread below. Your dealer should be able to sort it out with the appropriate treatment.
