Windows Server 2003 Terminal Services

Featured Replies

Bit of a long shot this, but maybe someone can help with this weird problem.

We have installed terminal services as part of a ras solution onsite, and purchased 25 client access licences through our select agreement. I have installed the licences and they are showing up in the license administrator. I did this a few weeks ago, BUT the server is still issuing temporary licenses for some reason and none of the other licences have been issued.

How do I make it so that Terminal services issues proper CALS.

Screendump attached.

I'm afraid I don't know but I do know someone who might have an idea. If you've not got anywhere by Monday drop me a PM and I'll ask him once he's back from his holiday.

Terminal server is a fantastic tool and has probably saved some of the people I work with 30 minutes a day of downloading and uploading to our office systems.

So you have any support from MS as part of the agreement? Personally I'd try them first...

Rob.
