Hi, does anyone remember of the top of their head what size the metal clip is that clips into the EGR itself, it's either 64 or 68 mm

Here you go just for you. Its looks 65mm on the tape i havnt got my vernier calipers at home to check accuratly.

Or do you mean the spring clip?

No mate what you pictured was perfect I'm thinking it was a 64mm coupler I need, I made a 68mm one for some strange reason. Could you possible also measure the inside of the EGR where the clip goes please

Im getting 66mm for the inside mate.

I'm going to have my 68mm machined down as it shows 67-68 on the vernier, 64 be way too small. Also if I have the 68 machined down will be a lovely tight fit
