Having previously owned two Mk 1 Octavias in which i could drive for hours in comfort i am really dissapointed with the seat in my 06 1.9 tdi Estate, no matter how i adjust them i cannot seem to get comfortable.

Is it possible to fit Mk 1 seats or VRS leather seats, are there any issues removing seats regarding the airbags or any suggestions as to what i could try?

You could fit vrs seats, and as luck would have it there's a vrs estate being broken in the For Sale section.

I don't actually find my seats hugely comfy so expect you'll have the same problem. If you can get Volvo seats to fit however...

Horses for courses: one of the main reasons I didn't buy a vrs is because of the seats.
