What wheels offset is needed vRS 17"?

Getting some 17" alloys with tyres 205/40/17, and they have been used on a mark 3 golf GTi, the offset is ET38, they are exactly the same as the octi 17" spider alloys.

Will these be ok on my furby vRS??

Ok read the tyre bilble thanks to scoobychris - nice one :thumbup: , and these seem to be fine. They are obiously not balanced or tracked... :(

Obviously long term thats not good, but could i put them on and run them for about a week without too much hastle and do i need to get the tracking looked at as well as the balancing?!

Want to sell my standard vRS 16's ASAP...

Fabia vRS has 6.5Jx16 ET37 alloys. Octavia vRS has 6.5Jx16H2 ET42 or, more commonly in the UK, 7Jx17H2 ET38.
