I am looking for some white interior lights to replace all the current ones, I have done a search but cant find a link!

Search on eBay for white smd LEDs. That's what you need plus a soldering iron and some big big balls.

I thought I could replace the standard lights with LEDS?

Yeah, straight swaps. These are only cheap and cheerful examples.

There are much more expensive ones available. Staight swap for standards.

Need a star key to get at numberplate lights.

This ^. Get your nails under the light cover at the windscreen side and pull, cover pops off.

Also, I used the smaller LED for numberplates in my interior light by bending the metal prongs the bulb sits in towards each other a bit.

Its like changing a light bulb, simplest job you can do on the car.

Recently done mine, upgrades the interior nicely.

I changed the interior lights for LED's in my Roomster. It is the same as the MK1 fabia overhead light.

Don't panic if you put the LED bulbs in and they don't work. Take 'em out and turn them round

The festoon ones? You could bend the metal prongs that hold the bulb in place slightly towards each other till the bulb fits. That's what i done, running same bulb in it as Numberplate ones.
