will these fit a citygo?

Wheels are 6J Diameter 15 ET38. Will fit all 5 stud 100 PCD 57.1 bore wheels

(standard fabia fitment)

I thought the Citigo was 4x100?

The old 6N/6N2 Polos definitely use 4x100
